Its that time of the year again where we all have the chance to participate in another one of Pittsburgh's great traditions, The Great Guinness Toast. Started in Pittsburgh in 1993 the toast has taken off into a worldwide phenomenon. Last year alone it was celebrated in around 500 bars and pubs in this region. As of now I am planning on going back to the Sharp Edge Creekhouse for this event, but if it doesn't work out then I will definitely find another place. The toast doesn't take place until 11:00 P.M. but I'm planning on getting there early because it does get crowded. This will be my second toast at the Creekhouse and I hope that you all will join me to make it better than the last.
